Paleo Edible Cookie Dough

Ingredients

1 cup cashew butter
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon grass fed gelatin
1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine cashew butter, maple syrup, cashew milk, and gelatin. Stir until well combined and smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips and eat. Store leftovers in the fridge.
